Aquest fet provoca que treballem les mat\u00e8ries de manera a\u00efllada i que fragmentem l\u2019aprenentatge. Una manera d\u2019eliminar les barreres entre les disciplines \u00e9s el\u00a0<strong>treball interdisciplinari<\/strong>. Aquest tipus de treball\u00a0comporta un<strong>\u00a0canvi metodol\u00f2gic<\/strong>\u00a0i organitzatiu que trenca les barreres entre la teoria i la pr\u00e0ctica, i permet treballar una tem\u00e0tica englobant les diferents disciplines.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s per aquesta ra\u00f3 que en cada curs escolar treballem un projecte interdisciplinar diferent. La seva tem\u00e0tica neix de les necessitats dels alumnes i durant el curs docents i alumnat van treballant el tema des dels diferents \u00e0mbits. Cal destacar tamb\u00e9,\u00a0el desig manifest que l\u2019alumnat participi no nom\u00e9s com a subjecte passiu en les activitats proposades, sin\u00f3 que adopti un paper actiu en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 dels diferents recursos i materials pedag\u00f2gics que aquesta metodologia comporta.
