{"id":1883,"date":"2019-02-14T10:17:36","date_gmt":"2019-02-14T09:17:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-practiques1-lleida\/?page_id=1883"},"modified":"2019-02-14T15:34:54","modified_gmt":"2019-02-14T14:34:54","slug":"projecte-gep","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-practiques1-lleida\/projecte-educatiu\/projecte-gep\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte GEP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Departament ha impulsat un Programa d\u2019experimentaci\u00f3 del pluriling\u00fcisme que ha perm\u00e8s iniciar el professorat d\u2019aquests centres en la metodologia del tractament integrat de llengua estrangera i continguts, i preveure les accions necess\u00e0ries per al desplegament i consolidaci\u00f3 d\u2019un projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic pluriling\u00fce en els centres. Aquest ser\u00e0 el segon any de participaci\u00f3 en aquest projecte.<\/p>\n<p>El fet de formar part del projecte ens permet participar en la convocat\u00f2ria per poder sol\u00b7licitar un auxiliar de conversa per al curs 2019\/20. Quan s\u2019obri el termini el centre presentar\u00e0\u00a0 la sol\u00b7licitud. En el cas que ens sigui assignat un\/a auxiliar de conversa les actuacions previstes seran les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suport d\u2019una sessi\u00f3 setmanal als diferents grups de Cicle Mitj\u00e0 i Superior per tal de refor\u00e7ar les destreses orals de l\u2019alumnat, proporcionar un model de correcci\u00f3 fon\u00e8tica i gramatical de la llengua i realitzar pr\u00e0ctiques espec\u00edfiques de conversa. Ens ajudar\u00e0 a fomentar la motivaci\u00f3 i l\u2019inter\u00e8s de l\u2019alumnat per la llengua i cultura del seu pa\u00eds d\u2019origen, aix\u00ed com del conjunt de pa\u00efsos de la mateixa parla. Donat que al nostre centre la llengua anglesa s\u2019imparteix principalment en sessions desdoblades de mig grup, aix\u00f2 ens ocupar\u00e0 8 hores setmanals. Les 3 hores restants les dedicarem a realitzar activitats i suports de manera planificada i coordinada al Cicle Inicial o altres grups flexibles de Cicle Superior que mostrin habilitats en l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de la llengua.<\/li>\n<li>Es preveu tamb\u00e9 una hora de coordinaci\u00f3 i de planificaci\u00f3 de les activitats setmanals per facilitar al m\u00e0xim la integraci\u00f3 de l\u2019auxiliar en el centre i amb els docents de refer\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La finalitat d\u2019aquest programa \u00e9s millorar la compet\u00e8ncia en lleng\u00fces estrangeres de l\u2019alumnat, afavorint el seu creixement acad\u00e8mic i posterior inserci\u00f3 laboral, i capacitant-lo per interactuar amb el m\u00f3n en diverses lleng\u00fces i de manera cr\u00edtica. Les accions del programa GEP s\u2019orienten, d\u2019una banda, a incrementar el temps d\u2019exposici\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat a les lleng\u00fces estrangeres curriculars i, d\u2019una altra, a acompanyar els centres educatius en el proc\u00e9s de desplegament i consolidaci\u00f3 d\u2019un projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic pluriling\u00fce propi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Objectius del programa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Millorar el nivell de compet\u00e8ncia en llengua estrangera<\/strong>\u00a0de l&#8217;alumnat que participa en el programa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Facilitar estrat\u00e8gies<\/strong>\u00a0organitzatives als centres per planificar la incorporaci\u00f3 progressiva de l&#8217;ensenyament de lleng\u00fces estrangeres curriculars a trav\u00e9s de mat\u00e8ries no ling\u00fc\u00edstiques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Acompanyar i orientar els centres educatius<\/strong>\u00a0per al desplegament i implementaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic pluriling\u00fce propi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oferir assessorament metodol\u00f2gic i formaci\u00f3 als professors<\/strong>\u00a0per tal que incorporin en la seva doc\u00e8ncia estrat\u00e8gies AICLE i d&#8217;aprenentatge basat en projectes (ABP), estrat\u00e8gies d&#8217;intercomprensi\u00f3 i pr\u00e0ctiques diversificades per a la gesti\u00f3 del coneixement en diverses lleng\u00fces.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Promoure la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 docent<\/strong>, especialment entre el docent de mat\u00e8ria i l&#8217;especialista de llengua estrangera, i per al desenvolupament de projectes transversals des d&#8217;una concepci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aprenentatge globalitzadora.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proposar als centres recursos complementaris<\/strong>\u00a0per incrementar les oportunitats d&#8217;aprenentatge i \u00fas de les lleng\u00fces estrangeres.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Promoure la interacci\u00f3 entre els centres<\/strong>\u00a0del programa, amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;intercanviar experi\u00e8ncies docents i bones pr\u00e0ctiques educatives per a la promoci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aprenentatge i \u00fas de les lleng\u00fces estrangeres curriculars.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Afavorir la participaci\u00f3 i implicaci\u00f3 de la comunitat educativa<\/strong>\u00a0en el projecte pluriling\u00fce del centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Departament ha impulsat un Programa d\u2019experimentaci\u00f3 del pluriling\u00fcisme que ha perm\u00e8s iniciar el professorat d\u2019aquests centres en la metodologia del tractament integrat de llengua estrangera i continguts, i preveure les accions necess\u00e0ries per al desplegament i consolidaci\u00f3 d\u2019un projecte ling\u00fc\u00edstic pluriling\u00fce en els centres.
