Et permet con\u00e8ixer altres maneres d\u2019ensenyar i aprendre, descobrir noves metodologies i comparar-les amb les del teu propi sistema educatiu. Tamb\u00e9 pots veure com es relacionen els alumnes i els mestres en un entorn cultural diferent, cosa que t\u2019ajuda a obrir la ment i a desenvolupar una mirada m\u00e9s cr\u00edtica i oberta. A m\u00e9s, conviure amb persones d\u2019altres pa\u00efsos et permet millorar idiomes, fer noves amistats i cr\u00e9ixer tant personalment com professionalment. \u00c9s una oportunitat \u00fanica per aprendre des de dins com funciona l\u2019educaci\u00f3 en un context diferent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It allows you to learn about other ways of teaching and learning, discover new methodologies, and compare them with those of your own educational system. Moreover, living with people from other countries helps you improve your language skills, make new friends, and grow both personally and professionally.
