{"id":28,"date":"2022-09-01T00:00:35","date_gmt":"2022-08-31T22:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-peredetera\/?page_id=28"},"modified":"2025-01-17T16:50:48","modified_gmt":"2025-01-17T15:50:48","slug":"consell-escolar","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-peredetera\/lescola\/consell-escolar\/","title":{"rendered":"Consell escolar"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><span lang=\"CA\">El consell escolar es reuneix com a m\u00ednim una vegada al trimestre i sempre que el convoca el director\/a o ho sol\u00b7licita un ter\u00e7 de les persones membres.<\/span><b><span lang=\"CA\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les funcions del consell escolar dels centres p\u00fablics s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Aprovar el projecte educatiu i les modificacions corresponents per una majoria de tres cinquenes parts dels membres.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar la programaci\u00f3 general anual del centre i avaluar-ne el desenvolupament i els resultats.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar les propostes d&#8217;acords de corresponsabilitat, convenis i altres acords de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del centre amb entitats o institucions.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar les normes d&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament i les modificacions corresponents.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar la carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar el pressupost del centre i el rendiment de comptes.<\/li>\n<li>Intervenir en el procediment d&#8217;admissi\u00f3 d&#8217;alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en el procediment de selecci\u00f3 i en la proposta de cessament del director o directora.<\/li>\n<li>Intervenir en la resoluci\u00f3 dels conflictes i, si s&#8217;escau, revisar les sancions als alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar les directrius per a la programaci\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats escolars complement\u00e0ries i d&#8217;activitats extraescolars, i avaluar-ne el desenvolupament.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en les an\u00e0lisis i les avaluacions del funcionament general del centre i con\u00e8ixer l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 del rendiment escolar.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar els criteris de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb altres centres i amb l&#8217;entorn.<\/li>\n<li>Qualsevol altra que li sigui atribu\u00efda per les normes legals o reglament\u00e0ries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><span lang=\"CA\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 MEMBRES DEL CONSELL ESCOLAR<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/h5>\n<table style=\"width: 48.9665%;
