{"id":3342,"date":"2019-03-14T12:16:08","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T11:16:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-pauvila-hospitalet\/?p=3342"},"modified":"2019-03-14T12:16:08","modified_gmt":"2019-03-14T11:16:08","slug":"2n-iniciacio-al-judo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-pauvila-hospitalet\/portada\/2n-iniciacio-al-judo\/","title":{"rendered":"2n: Iniciaci\u00f3 al Judo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 20 de febrer vam anar de sortida al Judo Club Hospitalet!!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El monitor ens va explicar qu\u00e8 era el judo i les normes b\u00e0siques per poder-lo practicar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El JUDO \u00e9s un esport de lluita que es practica sobre tatami, creat per Jigoro Kano al Jap\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s un esport socialment molt educatiu, l\u2019objectiu \u00e9s projectar l\u2019altre per a que caigui d\u2019esquenes al terra, una vegada al terra se l\u2019ha de mantenir controlat amb les espatlles al terra per evitar que s\u2019escapi.
