Aquest tercer trimestre hem tornat a les vinyes de la Fontsanta per poder observar l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 dels ceps. Al desembre vam veure les soques pelades i ara hem pogut veure que les soques estan plenes de gotim que estaven protegits pels p\u00e0mpols.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00c0ngel i el Marc ens van estar explicant com s\u2019agafava el gotim i en que es transformava: en vi, en vinagre, en most i cava. Dos grups vam abonar el terra al voltant dels ceps i un altre grup va despampolar.<\/p>\n

Per concloure l\u2019activitat i que ho visquin d\u2019una manera m\u00e9s vivencial, vam fer un tastet de most negre i most blanc. Ens van agradar molt!!!<\/p>\n
