Continuem ampliant els coneixements sobre la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula i els \u00e9ssers vius. Aquesta setmana ens centrarem en els cinc regnes i les seves caracter\u00edstiques. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/b><\/span><\/span>3. Elaboreu oracions amb les paraules de cada grup. Han de sortir totes!<\/span>
\u00c9ssers vius – nutrici\u00f3 –  relaci\u00f3 – reproducci\u00f3.<\/span>
Bacteris – cinc regnes – moneres – unicel\u00b7lulars.<\/span>
C\u00e8l\u00b7lules – nucli – eucariotes – procariotes.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/span><\/span>4. Amplia el teu mapa conceptual (que vas fer la setmana anterior) amb aquestes paraules: <\/span>regnes, animals, plantes, fongs, protoctists, moneres<\/span><\/div>\n

Com ha anat el b\u00e0squet? Heu pogut fer m\u00e9s d\u2019un joc? I la t\u00e8cnica l\u2019heu pogut apurar una mica m\u00e9s? I us heu cansat molt, heu notat que s\u2019acceler\u00e9s els batecs del vostre cos? Per saber que estem fent exercici i que estem fent treballar el nostre cos, una manera de saber-ho \u00e9s <\/span>prenent el pols<\/span> o <\/span>mirant la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edac<\/span>a. Aquesta setmana us proposo una activitat i \u00e9s:<\/span>
1. Prendre\u2019s el pols just, quan us desperteu.<\/span>
2. Prendre\u2019s el pols just abans de fer una activitat f\u00edsica que us faci suar i\/o cansar una mica.<\/span>
3. Prendre el pols just despr\u00e9s de fer l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica.<\/span>
L\u2019activitat f\u00edsica pot ser la que vulgueu per\u00f2 ha de ser una mica \u201ccanyera\u201d, que us faci cansar una mica. No cal que duri molt dura, per\u00f2 heu de notar que la respiraci\u00f3 s\u2019accelera i que comenceu a suar. Exercicis que podeu fer: ballar, s\u00e8ries de c\u00f2rrer, saltar corda, treballar els salts, fer un circuit d\u2019agilitat (c\u00f3rrer passant per sota la taula del menjador, pujar i saltar d\u2019una cadira, pujar i baixar escales, etc.) Si no teniu idees us passo un enlla\u00e7 on apareixen molts exercicis per entrenar el cardio (s\u00f3n aquells exercicis que us faran suar una mica i us activaran el cos i el cor). Sobretot, l\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquesta feina \u00e9s passar-ho b\u00e9 fent exercici i, observar quins canvis provoca aquest exercici en el cos, sobretot en el COR. Fer un exercici massa fort tampoc \u00e9s sa. Si em podeu enviar una foto\/v\u00eddeo de l\u2019exercici triat i de les pulsacions (just despr\u00e9s de llevar-se i abans i despr\u00e9s de l\u2019exercici de cardio) Aix\u00ed que <\/span>divertiu-vos fent exercici i preneu-vos el pols!<\/span>
