Durant aquest mes d’octubre els nens i nenes d’I5 hem estat investigant com es fan els panellets:<\/p>\n

Primer v\u00e0rem veure el v\u00eddeo del Marc Ribas, un cuiner que molts de nosaltres ja coneix\u00edem.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9 hem estat descobrint els ingredients amb les propostes dels ambients, tot fent sopes de lletres, copiant les paraules, descobrint les inicials, i mirant el llibre de la recepta.<\/p>\n

D’altra banda, hem estat descobrint l’origen de l’ametlla molta (i altres fruits secs de temporada), del proc\u00e9s d’elaboraci\u00f3 dels panellets i de totes les seves varietats.<\/p>\n

Hem gaudit de partides al joc de l’oca dels panellets, tot procurant aconseguir els ingredients de forma col\u00b7lectiva, i evitant cremar-nos les mans si qu\u00e8iem a la casella del forn.<\/p>\n

Tot aix\u00f2 ens ha ajudat a poder fer una llista de la compra per poder elaborar els nostres propis panellets a l’aula. V\u00e0rem dedicar un dia a fer la massa, i despr\u00e9s un altre dia per fer les boletes i decorar-les.<\/p>\n

Finalment, hem pogut degustar-los i compartir-los amb totes les nostres fam\u00edlies!<\/p>\n

Ara ens toca tocar a fer panellets, per\u00f2 a casa, tot seguint la recepta que hem apr\u00e8s a l’escola. Bona castanyada!!!<\/p>\n
