{"id":3013,"date":"2021-10-13T10:55:13","date_gmt":"2021-10-13T08:55:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/?p=3013"},"modified":"2021-11-09T16:12:22","modified_gmt":"2021-11-09T15:12:22","slug":"laboratori-de-transformacio-educativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/general\/laboratori-de-transformacio-educativa\/","title":{"rendered":"Laboratori de transformaci\u00f3 educativa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El curs passar vam entrar a formar part del Laboratori de Transformaci\u00f3 Educativa, un programa d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica impulsat pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 que ens permet revisar, actualitzar i innovar el nostre projecte educatiu, amb l\u2019acompanyament d\u2019un assessor que ens d\u00f3na eines, estrat\u00e8gies i ens acompanya en el debat pedag\u00f2gic intern incorporant una nova cultura de centre que ens fa reflexionar sobre la nostra tasca de docents. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenim un grup impulsor, que treballa per portar al claustre i a tota la comunitat educativa els debats pedag\u00f2gics necessaris que ens permeten impulsar i avan\u00e7ar en el proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3, iniciat fa alguns cursos, e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3, la introducci\u00f3 de noves metodologies d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge i la millo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ra de la relaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019entorn. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hem iniciat aquest curs amb un claustre pedag\u00f2gic on hem reflexionat sobre 4 preguntes que ens ha llen\u00e7at el laboratori:<\/span><i><\/i><i><\/i><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3014 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0013-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0013-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0013-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0013-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0013-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0013-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0013.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com podem millorar el lideratge pedag\u00f2gic al centre?<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El lideratge \u00e9s molt important per tirar endavant el canvi pedag\u00f2gic. Tot el claustre ha de confiar en aquestes mestres de l\u2019escola que acompanyaran a tota la comunitat en aquest proc\u00e9s de canvi. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hi ha d\u2019haver un grup impulsor que lideri i al mateix temps aquest grup ha de ser rotatiu perqu\u00e8 tot el claustre s\u2019hi senti part\u00edcip. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que \u00e9s important con\u00e8ixer les fortaleses i febleses de l\u2019escola per poder trobar els l\u00edders m\u00e9s adequat<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s en cada moment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0020.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3020\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0020-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"305\" height=\"229\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0020-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0020-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0020-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0020-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0020-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-parellada\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1538\/2021\/10\/IMG-20211004-WA0020.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 305px) 100vw, 305px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com estem col\u00b7laborant i aprenent junts en una nova cultura docent?<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perqu\u00e8 hi hagi una veritable transformaci\u00f3 educativa ha de sorgir una nova cultura docent on tothom ha de tenir una visi\u00f3 global d\u2019escola, i no nom\u00e9s de la seva comunitat: ser m\u00e9s oberts a les idees que ens aporten els\/les altres, col\u00b7laborar en la seva organitzaci\u00f3 i aplicaci\u00f3, ser capa\u00e7os de veure les nostres limitacions i les nostres fortaleses per ser ajudats i ajudar als altres. \u00c9s b\u00e0sic per aix\u00f2 seguir amb espais de reflexi\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica per arribar a acords que ens permetin col\u00b7laborar i aprendre junts perqu\u00e8 el canvi sigui una realitat. Una escola on el claustre ha de ser flexible per adaptar-se al canvi i on el grup ha de col\u00b7laborar i superar les individualitats de cadasc\u00fa. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per avan\u00e7ar, \u00e9s important con\u00e8ixer els trets d\u2019identitat de l\u2019escola i treballar per formar-nos i enriquir-nos\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">amb tots els coneixements necessaris per millorar els aprenentatges dels nostres alumnes<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Qu\u00e8 hem de fer que no fem i, qu\u00e8 hem de deixar de fer?<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abans de fer qualsevol canvi, s\u2019ha de fer un an\u00e0lisi pedag\u00f2gic del per qu\u00e8 fem les coses.
