Per exemple, vam tenir l&#8217;oportunitat de passar pel circuit\u00a0<strong>pumptrack<\/strong> en el qual vam poder millorar l&#8217;habilitat i la\u00a0t\u00e8cnica amb diferents tra\u00e7ades i dificultats. Consistia a donar voltes infinites sense haver de pedalar. Ideal per treballar equilibri, balan\u00e7os, posici\u00f3 del cos i dels pedals, etc. Tamb\u00e9 vam fer recorreguts per <strong>rock garden<\/strong>, <strong>troncs<\/strong>, <strong>salts<\/strong>, <strong>corbes peraltades<\/strong>, <strong>ziga-zaga<\/strong>, <strong>trams de corriol amunt i avall<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>I sabeu que \u00e9s el que ens va agradar m\u00e9s? Que despr\u00e9s de practicar l&#8217;habilitat i la t\u00e8cnica amb els monitors\/es pogu\u00e9ssim anar lliurement amb la bicicleta per tot el circuit!
