{"id":6087,"date":"2021-11-16T19:32:19","date_gmt":"2021-11-16T18:32:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-montserrat\/?p=6087"},"modified":"2021-11-16T19:32:32","modified_gmt":"2021-11-16T18:32:32","slug":"4t-loli-el-conreu-tradicional-de-lolivera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-montserrat\/general\/4t-loli-el-conreu-tradicional-de-lolivera\/","title":{"rendered":"4t &#8220;L&#8217;oli: El conreu tradicional de l&#8217;olivera&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El passat dilluns 15 de novembre, l&#8217;alumnat de 4t de Prim\u00e0ria vam gaudir d&#8217;una jornada enmig de la natura.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens vam despla\u00e7ar fins al Centre d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 ambiental Espai Natura Sabadell, concretament a la Masia de Can Deu. All\u00e0 vam participar en un taller monogr\u00e0fic anomenat &#8220;L&#8217;oli: El conreu tradicional de l&#8217;olivera&#8221;.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprofitant que a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de ci\u00e8ncies naturals, estem investigant les plantes, vam trobar molt adient participar d&#8217;aquesta jornada amb l&#8217;objectiu de con\u00e8ixer el proc\u00e9s tradicional d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;oli.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;activitat va comen\u00e7ar a la sala d&#8217;oli del museu, tot descobrint les feines i eines emprades en el conreu i la collita de les olives. Tot seguit, l&#8217;alumnat es va dirigir a un camp d&#8217;oliveres on van poder apreciar, de primera m\u00e0, els trets m\u00e9s caracter\u00edstics d&#8217;aquest arbre i dels seus fruits.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posteriorment, al trull, van utilitzar un morter manual i, tot matxucant olives, van obtenir oli. Tamb\u00e9 van visitar la cuina de la masia on van descobrir els estris relacionats amb l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 i els usos de l&#8217;oli.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per finalitzar, l&#8217;alumnat va poder elaborar sab\u00f3 per a descobrir la t\u00e8cnica d&#8217;un dels usos tradicionals de l&#8217;oli.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Va ser una experi\u00e8ncia fant\u00e0stica i molt enriquidora!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container slideshow_container_style-light\" style=\"height: 300px;
