Ens ha ajudat a recon\u00e8ixer les nostres pors i com lluitar contra elles, com exterioritzar les nostres preocupacions, de quina manera podem sentir-nos m\u00e9s segurs, sobre tot, en aquesta nova etapa que comen\u00e7arem.
