S\u00f3n riques en vitamines, minerals, aigua i fibra i altres subst\u00e0ncies beneficioses, i <\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">alhora contenen molt poques calories i greixos. Per aquest motiu, incloure-les di\u00e0riament i en les quantitats recomanades redueix el risc de patir determinades malalties cr\u00f2niques com ara l&#8217;obesitat o la diabetis, cada vegada m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents entre la nostra poblaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tenint en compte la tend\u00e8ncia a la baixa<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> en el consum de fruites i hortalisses entre la poblaci\u00f3 infantil i els <\/span>\u00edndexs d&#8217;obesitat detectats en els darrers anys, la Uni\u00f3 Europea va posar en marxa l&#8217;any 2009 el Pla de consum de fruita i verdures a les escoles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Catalunya fa m\u00e9s de 10 anys qu<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">e impulsa aquesta iniciativa a trav\u00e9s del Departament d\u2019Agricultura, <\/span>Ramaderia, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3 (DARP), amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 dels departaments d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Salut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquest sentit, durant aquest curs escolar el DARP distribuir\u00e0 fruites i hortalisses a 1.084 centres educatius perqu\u00e8 el seu alumnat les puguin consumir a<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0l\u2019hora de l\u2019esmorzar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El consum de fruites i hortalisses \u00e9s recomanable a totes les edats. En infants, es recomana oferir la fruita de postres, a l&#8217;esmorzar, per berenar&#8230; tot substituint aliments de menys qualitat nutritiva. A la guia Petits canvis per menjar millor, publicada recentment per l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica de Catalunya, trobareu indicacions i idees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Volem incrementar el consum de fruita i hortalisses i consolidar h\u00e0bits de consum saludables. Per aix\u00f2, cal que tots ens hi impliquem: Administraci\u00f3, centres educatius i fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Us animem que des de casa mantingueu el consum de fruita i hortalisses en tots els \u00e0pats i feu les ingestes junt amb els vostres fills.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una iniciativa que consisteix a distribuir gratu\u00eftament fruita i verdura fresca a les escoles per consumir durant l\u2019esmorzar i\/o berenar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fruita es distribueix en funci\u00f3 de l\u2019estaci\u00f3 de l\u2019any, la proximitat del centre a la producci\u00f3 i la qualitat.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Objetiu<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmentar el consum de fruita.<\/li>\n<li>Incidir en la necessitat d\u2019una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Qui el fa<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Departament d\u2019Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3 amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 dels Departaments d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Salut.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Pla de consum de fruita i verdures a les escoles Les\u00a0fruites i hortalisses, de les quals Catalunya \u00e9s una gran productora, s\u00f3n aliments molt importants en unaa limentaci\u00f3 saludable.
