L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s reflexionar sobre el propi rendiment a cada activitat i pensar en els motius que poden haver provocat la millora o no de les mateixes.<\/p>\n<p>Ompliu el seg\u00fcent formulari un cop hagueu vist els vostres resultats. Teniu les graelles al gimn\u00e0s amb les dades corresponents.
