L\u2019acte, titulat \u2018<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alimentaci\u00f3 infantil saludable, com posar-la en pr\u00e0ctica de manera senzilla\u2019, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estava obert a totes les fam\u00edlies que hi estiguessin interessades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anava a c\u00e0rrec de la dietista-nutricionista de l\u2019Equip Territorial d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 Prim\u00e0ria de l\u2019Alt Pened\u00e8s Ester Mil\u00e0 i estava molt enfocada a posar en pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019una manera senzilla aquesta alimentaci\u00f3 saludable durant la inf\u00e0ncia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Ester ens va oferir recursos i consells per millorar la nostra alimentaci\u00f3 a casa i ens va encoratjar a fer petits canvis i de forma progressiva, intentant que els \u00e0pats no hagin de ser una lluita, sin\u00f3 un moment agradable per estar en fam\u00edlia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre aquests canvis hi ha incorporar m\u00e9s fruites, hortalisses, llegums i fruita seca a la dieta; canviar altres begudes per aigua, aliments refinats per integrals, mantega o oli de girasol per oli d\u2019oliva verge i intentar que el que mengem sigui de temporada i de proximitat; tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important reduir la sal, els sucres, la carn processada i vermella i els aliments ultraprocessats.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per acompanyar millor els nostres fills i filles en la seva alimentaci\u00f3 hem de ser un bon exemple, animar-los a col\u00b7laborar en la compra i a la cuina i respectar la seva sensaci\u00f3 de gana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Us deixem aqu\u00ed alguns dels recursos que ens va mostrar l\u2019Ester:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
