{"id":972,"date":"2018-03-14T09:31:35","date_gmt":"2018-03-14T08:31:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-marti-poch\/?p=972"},"modified":"2018-03-14T09:31:35","modified_gmt":"2018-03-14T08:31:35","slug":"com-dimportant-es-lesmorzar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-marti-poch\/portada\/com-dimportant-es-lesmorzar\/","title":{"rendered":"Com d\u2019important \u00e9s l\u2019esmorzar?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa \u201c<strong>Esmorzars saludables<\/strong>\u201c, en qu\u00e8 participem diferents centres educatius, d\u00f3na a con\u00e8ixer els bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris, els beneficis de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia i posa \u00e8mfasi en la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019un esmorzar equilibrat i nutritiu per comen\u00e7ar b\u00e9 el dia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019esmorzar \u00e9s un \u00e0pat molt importat. Es pot dividir en dues parts: una a casa i l\u2019altra a mig mat\u00ed. La suma de les dues ha de proporcionar suficient energia fins a l\u2019hora de dinar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els aliments b\u00e0sics en un esmorzar complert s\u00f3n els&nbsp;<strong>l\u00e0ctics<\/strong>&nbsp;(llet, iogurt, formatge, batuts\u2026), els&nbsp;<strong>farinacis o cereals<\/strong>&nbsp;(pa, torrades, galetes, magdalenes, cereals\u2026) i la&nbsp;<strong>fruita&nbsp;<\/strong>(fruita fresca, maced\u00f2nia, sucs naturals, fruits secs\u2026).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9 poden formar part de l\u2019esmorzar altres tipus d\u2019aliments, com els aliments&nbsp;<strong>proteics&nbsp;<\/strong>(pernil salat, pernil cuit, gall dindi\u2026), aliments&nbsp;<strong>greixosos<\/strong>&nbsp;(olis d\u2019oliva, mantega\u2026) i aliments&nbsp;<strong>ensucrats<\/strong>&nbsp;(sucre, mel o melmelada).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El m\u00e9s important \u00e9s sortir de casa havent pres alguna cosa, tant pot ser un suc, un got de llet, una poma o un parell de galetes. Per\u00f2 cal aleshores aprofitar el mig mat\u00ed per a completar-ho. Aix\u00ed, si a casa nom\u00e9s prenem un suc, caldria a mig mat\u00ed prendre un entrep\u00e0, o unes torrades amb un formatget, unes galetes i un iogurt l\u00edquid\u2026 Hi ha mil alternatives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En canvi, si a casa fem un bon esmorzar, despr\u00e9s podem aprofitar per prendre una fruita, o un grapat de fruits secs o un parell de galetes. No gran cosa perqu\u00e8 si mengem massa a mig mat\u00ed pot passar que despr\u00e9s no tinguem gana a l\u2019hora de dinar. I, llavors, serem m\u00e9s llepafils amb el que ens posin i no ens menjarem tot el que caldria.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mesures pr\u00e0ctiques per seguir un esmorzar adient cada dia<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si l\u2019excusa \u00e9s que no tens temps, intenta llevar-te 10 minuts abans.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si el que passa \u00e9s que no tens gana al llevar-te, intenta sopar una mica m\u00e9s d\u2019hora i prendre un suc, una pe\u00e7a de fruita, un parell de galetes, un torrada\u2026 per poder aguantar fins a mig mat\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Si el que et falta \u00e9s imaginaci\u00f3:\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dedica un dia amb la fam\u00edlia a programar els esmorzars. Pengeu la programaci\u00f3 a la nevera i recordeu-vos de tenir sempre els ingredients necessaris.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tingues sempre entrepans preparats. Sabies que es poden congelar ja llestos per menjar?
