{"id":6895,"date":"2023-04-17T16:14:03","date_gmt":"2023-04-17T14:14:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-marti-poch\/?p=6895"},"modified":"2023-04-17T16:14:03","modified_gmt":"2023-04-17T14:14:03","slug":"projecte-de-convivencia-som-un-equip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-marti-poch\/infantil\/projecte-de-convivencia-som-un-equip\/","title":{"rendered":"PROJECTE DE CONVIV\u00c8NCIA: SOM UN EQUIP"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>MILLORAR LA CONVIV\u00c8NCIA \u00c9S UN TREBALL D\u2019EQUIP !<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SOM UN EQUIP s\u2019inicia el curs 2015-2016 com a projecte interdisciplinari per treballar la part emocional de l\u2019alumnat del centre. Donat la bona acollida i els resultats obtinguts es continua aplicant els seg\u00fcents cursos. El curs 2017-2018 forma part d\u2019una prova pilot del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 per a validar els protocols dels centres educatius de Catalunya per poder considerar-se un projecte d\u2019innovaci\u00f3. El curs 2018-2019 es presenta aquest projecte al Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i \u00e9s considerat un Projecte d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 educativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualment el projecte continua sent molt present a les aules, tal i com marca el projecte, cada mes es reuneixen els delegats de les classes per a valorar-ne el prop\u00f2sit o prop\u00f2sits que s&#8217;havien marcat aconseguir. Per tal d&#8217;observar el resultat i que tots els companys tinguin evid\u00e8ncies del que han treballat a les aules i com ho han valorat; cada delegat\/da porta una graella o taula per poder veure&#8217;n els resultats. Resulta molt gratificat escoltar com van exposant els reptes i les solucions aconseguides. No s\u00f3n bones ni dolentes, ens donen informacions a l\u2019hora de prendre decisions, que sempre hem d\u2019enfocar cap al nostre benestar o al dels altres.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u2019educaci\u00f3 socioemocional dels fills cal tenir en compte els aspectes seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La vinculaci\u00f3 emocional<\/strong>\u00a0amb ells, que es va teixint al llarg de la vida a partir de l\u2019afecte, la cura i l\u2019atenci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019escolta activa<\/strong>, que implica estar atent al que us expliquen i aix\u00ed demostrar-los que us importa el que us diuen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019acompanyament<\/strong>\u00a0als fills perqu\u00e8 identifiquin les emocions pr\u00f2pies i les dels altres.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La resili\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, que \u00e9s la capacitat d\u2019enfrontar-se a les dificultats i fracassos i aprendre\u2019n, sempre amb una actitud positiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MILLORAR LA CONVIV\u00c8NCIA \u00c9S UN TREBALL D\u2019EQUIP !<br \/>\nSOM UN EQUIP s\u2019inicia el curs 2015-2016 com a projecte interdisciplinari per treballar la part emocional de l\u2019alumnat del centre.
