Cada cop n\u2019hi ha m\u00e9s i al mar hi ha dies que no hi arriba ni la llum del sol ni l\u2019oxigen\u2026tot s\u00f3n pl\u00e0stics! L\u2019Ariel sortir\u00e0 a investigar qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant, per\u00f2 la bruixa \u00darsula nom\u00e9s li pot donar cames a canvi de la seva preciosa veu. Mentrestant, l\u2019Eric, un jove pescador, est\u00e0 molt amo\u00efnat perqu\u00e8 fa mesos que no pesca peixos, sin\u00f3 que torna amb les xarxes plenes de pl\u00e0stics que alg\u00fa aboca al mar. Potser la nova empresa de reciclatge dels germans m\u00e9s rics del poble, la Sue i el Joe, hi t\u00e9 alguna cosa a veure? Aconseguir\u00e0 l\u2019Ariel fer-se entendre i explicar als humans qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant? La creur\u00e0 l\u2019Eric quan li digui que \u00e9s una sirena?
