S&#8217;ho han passat molt b\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ImmFyqhFlHM\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Catalunya escalfa motors un any m\u00e9s per celebrar el <strong>Dia Mundial de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica<\/strong> (DMAF), que t\u00e9 lloc el proper 6 d\u2019abril amb l\u2019objectiu de promoure l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica i reduir el sedentarisme com a elements fonamentals de salut i benestar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Dia Mundial de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica \u00e9s una de les eines amb qu\u00e8 cada any fem realitat el nostre comprom\u00eds per promoure h\u00e0bits de vida activa, tant per a infants i adolescents com per a persones adultes i gent gran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En aquest darrer any, els nostres h\u00e0bits de feina i oci han hagut de canviar, per\u00f2 no per aix\u00f2 han de convertir-se en h\u00e0bits sedentaris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El lema d\u2019aquesta edici\u00f3 \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>\u201cCada pas compta\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0i animem la ciutadania a fer-lo extensiu i dur a terme accions individuals -o en grup bombolla- en el marc del DMAF durant 4 setmanes (del 6 d\u2019abril al 4 de maig).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4904\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-marti-poch\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1040\/2021\/04\/1-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"340\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-marti-poch\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1040\/2021\/04\/1-8.jpg 350w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-marti-poch\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1040\/2021\/04\/1-8-300x291.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Repte escolar \u2018La volta m\u00e9s original al pati\u2019<br \/>\nTot l&#8217;alumnat de l&#8217;escola hi ha participat realitzant circuits diferents i divertits a les classes de psicomotricitat i educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica.
