Nosaltres tampoc\u00a0 sab\u00edem el que era fins que hem fet una activitat sobre \u201c<em>L<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>Espluga medieval<\/em>\u201d amb els mestres del Camp d\u2019Aprenentatge i hem apr\u00e8s que a l\u2019edat Mitjana a l\u2019Espluga hi havia una comunitat jueva. Una de les seves costums era la de fabricar-se el seu propi pa i marcar-lo amb un segell que cont\u00e9 unes paraules en hebreu i un ocell que.. podr\u00eda ser l\u2019ocell francol\u00ed, encara que aix\u00f2 no se sap segur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Era un pa diferent del nostre perqu\u00e8 la forma era aplanada i no portava llevat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els jueus el feien per commemorar la sortida de l\u2019antic Egipte fugint de l\u2019esclavitut a la que estaven sotmesos. Amb les preses de la partida no van poder preparar b\u00e9 el pa i el pa que van menjar durant el viatge era un pa \u00e0zim, o sigui sense llevadura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Cicle Mitj\u00e0 l\u2019hem preparat igual que ells i l\u2019hem cuit al forn de l\u2019escola.
