Per aquest motiu una recomanaci\u00f3 important \u00e9s menjar cinc racions de fruites i verdures al dia.<\/p>\n<p>Hem treballat el vocabulari i hem fet petits p\u00f2sters amb diferents propostes del nostre <em><strong>&#8221; Five a day&#8221; :\u00a0<\/strong>the five portions of fruit and vegetables that people are recomended\u00a0 to eat every day as a part of a healthy diet.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed teniu el recull dels nostres treballs dels dos grups de primer.
