Aquest mes de febrer els infants de 1r, 2n i 3r hem fet de cuiners i cuineres al mercat del barri: el Mercat del Ninot. Amb la xef Sandra hem parlat dels productes de temporada i de proximitat i hem anat a comprar a les parades, on hem conversat amb les paradistes.<\/p>\n

De tornada a la cuina, cada grup hem elaborat dues receptes amb diferents ingredients: cal\u00e7ots, sardines, espinacs, pastanagues, pollastre, pomes, peres, taronges… Hem cuinat i degustat coques de recapte, sofregits, mandonguilles, cremes i magdalenes. Participar en el proc\u00e9s de comprar, pelar, tallar i cuinar ens engresca a descobrir i tastar nous aliments. La cuina al Mercat sempre \u00e9s un \u00e8xit!<\/p>\n
