Un cop passat el temps de remull de les xufes, les rentarem molt b\u00e9 fins que l\u2019aigua surti neta. De seguit, les escorrerem i les posarem a la batedora amb una part de l&#8217;aigua. Triturarem tot junt i ho\u00a0 passem per un tam\u00eds o colador per anar extraient la beguda que ser\u00e0 l\u2019orxata. Despr\u00e9s hi acabem de tirar l&#8217;aigua que queda i el sucre. Ho remenem molt b\u00e9.
