<\/span><b>Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hem rebut instruccions en relaci\u00f3 a la <\/span><b>reobertura dels centres educatius. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquestes seran implementades sempre i quan <\/span><b>es puguin complir les mesures de seguretat necess\u00e0ries<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> seguint les instruccions del PROCICAT i el Departament de Salut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Us informem dels acords presos amb les escoles p\u00fabliques de l\u2019Alt Maresme amb el suport de la inspecci\u00f3 i els Serveis Territorials:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>ACORDS GENERALS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iniciarem la reobertura del centre el dilluns 8 de juny.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El curs, per tot l\u2019alumnat, continua i finalitzar\u00e0 telem\u00e0ticament el dia 19 de juny.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anar a l\u2019escola ser\u00e0 voluntari i cada fam\u00edlia haur\u00e0 de valorar el risc que assumeix.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No es garanteix que l\u2019acollida\/acompanyament la faci el tutor\/a de l\u2019alumne\/a.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No es disposar\u00e0 de tota la plantilla docent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hi haur\u00e0 servei d\u2019acollida, menjador, transport ni extraescolars.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REQUISITS I MESURES DE SEGURETAT<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0Imprescindibles per poder assistir al centre:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abs\u00e8ncia de simptomatologia compatible amb la COVID-19 (febre, tos, dificultat respirat\u00f2ria, malestar, diarrea) o qualsevol altre quadre infecci\u00f3s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No ser o haver estat positiu per SARS-CoV 2 durant els 14 dies anteriors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No haver estat en contacte estret amb una persona positiu confirmat o simptomatologia compatible els 14 dies anteriors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prendre di\u00e0riament la temperatura abans de sortir de casa per anar al centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avisar al centre en cas que alumne o familiar tingui simptomatologia de COVID-19 i no assistir al centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentar el carnet de vacunes actualitzat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumnat haur\u00e0 d\u2019anar amb mascareta que ha de portar de casa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aules preparades per a qu\u00e8 els\/les alumnes estiguin a una dist\u00e0ncia de seguretat (2 metres) i evitant el contacte f\u00edsic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aules i entrades amb gel hidroalcoh\u00f2lic i rentat de mans sistem\u00e0tic.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>NOTA:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Els infants amb malalties cr\u00f2niques es far\u00e0 una valoraci\u00f3, amb l\u2019equip m\u00e8dic de refer\u00e8ncia, per avaluar el risc de gravetat si contrau la infecci\u00f3 per SARS-CoV 2 i la idone\u00eftat de reprendre l\u2019activitat escolar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Es consideren malalties de risc per a la CovID-19:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Malalties respirat\u00f2ries greus que precisen medicaci\u00f3 o dispositius de suport ventilatori.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Malalties card\u00edaques greus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Malalties que afecten al sistema immunitari (per exemple aquells infants que precisen tractaments immunosupressors).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Diabetis mal controlada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Malalties neuromusculars o encefalopaties moderades o greus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>INFANTIL (P3, P4 I P5)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Nom\u00e9s per a fam\u00edlies amb treball presencial sense possibilitat de flexibilitzaci\u00f3.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00c9s imprescindible presentar <\/span><b>la declaraci\u00f3 autoresponsable i un certificat d\u2019empresa <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de tots dos progenitors conforme han de treballar presencialment i no poden flexibilitzar la seva jornada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentar <\/span><b>declaraci\u00f3 responsable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> respecte la salut de l\u2019alumne\/a. (annexem declaraci\u00f3)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llibre de vacunacions actualitzat<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P3: grup de 8 alumnes m\u00e0xim (1 mestre)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P4\/P5: grup de 10 alumnes m\u00e0xim (1 mestre)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acollida volunt\u00e0ria de 9 a 13h de dilluns a divendres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entrades i sortides esglaonades amb 15\/20 minuts de marge entre grup i grup, preguem puntualitat per evitar coincidir masses persones a les entrades i sortides de l\u2019escola.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rebreu un mail informant-vos de l\u2019horari, el qual s\u2019organitzar\u00e0 segons demanda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumne\/a nom\u00e9s pot venir acompanyat\/da d\u2019un sol familiar, el qual <\/span><b>no podr\u00e0 accedir al recinte escolar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mestres amb mascareta tota la jornada i mantenint la dist\u00e0ncia de seguretat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No es garanteix que l\u2019acollida la faci el tutor\/a de l\u2019alumne.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No es permet la manipulaci\u00f3 de material com\u00fa (tisores, colors, joguines\u2026).
