Ni una patata, ni la xocolata!!! I \u00e9s que, a partir de la descoberta d&#8217;Am\u00e8rica, van passar a formar part de la nostra gastronomia un munt d&#8217;aliments fins aleshores desconeguts pels europeus.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta sessi\u00f3 els alumnes de sis\u00e8 tracten d&#8217;esbrinar quins s\u00f3n aquests aliments. Amb l&#8217;ajut de l&#8217;olfacte tracten d&#8217;endivinar quins s\u00f3n aquests aliments (blat de moro, cacau, patata, tom\u00e0quet, vainilla o canyella s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s algunes de les del\u00edcies que van ensumar&#8230; i tastar!<\/p>\n<p>Per altra banda, el gust ens va fer entendre perqu\u00e8 tenia tanta import\u00e0ncia el comer\u00e7 de les esp\u00e8cies en aquella \u00e8poca.<\/p>\n<p>Un flaire gastron\u00f2mic amb regust hist\u00f2ric.<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/photos\/upV4dD7pipX4io1r6\">Els aliments que provenen d&#8217;Am\u00e8rica<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sabies que fa 500 anys els catalans no sabien que era un tom\u00e0quet?
