Una nutricionista ens ha explicat com elaborar un men\u00fa saludable. Hem treballat la pir\u00e0mide dels aliments\u00a0 per veure quins s\u00f3n els aliments que hem de menjar cada dia, com les fruites i les verdures, i quins s\u00f3n aquells aliments que haur\u00edem de menjar amb menys freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, com els greixos!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si cuidem la nostra alimentaci\u00f3 i fem una mica d&#8217;esport cada dia gaudirem d&#8217;una bona salut.
