El projecte proposa l&#8217;aprenentatge d&#8217;h\u00e0bits alimentaris saludables mitjan\u00e7ant un exercici pr\u00e0ctic de decisi\u00f3 i compra d\u2019aliments per assolir una dieta equilibrada. All\u00e0 hem elaborat un men\u00fa equilibrat, tenint en compte els coneixements previs treballats. Un cop revisat el men\u00fa, hem fet la part m\u00e9s divertida de l&#8217;activitat: comprar els aliments de la nostra llista que necessit\u00e0vem per dur\u00a0 a terme el nostre men\u00fa. Per grups hem comprat, hem passat per caixa i hem pres consici\u00e8ncia del preu de certs productes.
