Els 230 alumnes i 20 mestres hem participat d&#8217;aquesta activitat. Es tracta d&#8217;entendre que a l&#8217;escola, com a casa, passem per moltes emocions al llarg del dia i de la vida. Totes les emocions s\u00f3n v\u00e0lides i totes s\u00f3n necess\u00e0ries. Les que hem treballat des d&#8217;i3 fins a 6\u00e8 s\u00f3n l&#8217;alegria, serenitat, il\u00b7lusi\u00f3, inseguretat, tristesa i avorriment. La part dif\u00edcil \u00e9s recon\u00e8ixer-les i regular-les. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important detectar-les, posar-li nom i treballar-les per aconseguir el nostre benestar i el benestar general. Aquesta activitats ens d\u00f3na informaci\u00f3 per equilibrar l&#8217;estat emocional general i, a m\u00e9s, fer un treball conjunt i vertical amb tot l&#8217;alumnat i professorat de l&#8217;escola.
