{"id":5441,"date":"2024-11-21T09:44:29","date_gmt":"2024-11-21T08:44:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-la-vall-del-terri\/?p=5441"},"modified":"2024-11-21T09:44:29","modified_gmt":"2024-11-21T08:44:29","slug":"la-inclusio-es-cosa-de-tothom-mesures-i-suports-universals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-la-vall-del-terri\/educacio-especial\/la-inclusio-es-cosa-de-tothom-mesures-i-suports-universals\/","title":{"rendered":"LA INCLUSI\u00d3 \u00c9S COSA DE TOTHOM: MESURES I SUPORTS UNIVERSALS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 17 d\u2019octubre del 2017 es va publicar el Decret 150\/2017 de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat en el marc d\u2019un sistema educatiu inclusiu. \u00c9s el que coneixem amb el <strong>Decret d\u2019inclusi\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquest decret defineix una s\u00e8rie de <strong>mesures i suports destinats a tot l\u2019alumnat<\/strong>. S\u00f3n el que anomenem <strong>mesures de suport universal<\/strong>. Tenen la finalitat d\u2019afavorir el desenvolupament personal i social de tots els nens i nenes perqu\u00e8 avancin en l\u2019assoliment de les compet\u00e8ncies de cada etapa educativa, en el marc d\u2019un sistema inclusiu.<\/p>\n<p>Tenint en compte aquest marc normatiu, cada centre educatiu, i d\u2019acord amb la seva autonomia, ha de preveure mesures i suports per a tot l\u2019alumnat. Aquestes mesures hauran de quedar recollides en el PEC (Projecte educatiu de centre) en les NOFC \u00a0(Normes d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament del centre) i en la PGA (Programaci\u00f3 General Anual).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-la-vall-del-terri\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1977\/2024\/11\/Escola-inclusiva-e1732177766232.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-5442 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-la-vall-del-terri\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1977\/2024\/11\/Escola-inclusiva-e1732177766232.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"318\" height=\"213\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-la-vall-del-terri\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1977\/2024\/11\/Escola-inclusiva-e1732177766232.jpg 636w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-la-vall-del-terri\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1977\/2024\/11\/Escola-inclusiva-e1732177766232-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 318px) 100vw, 318px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LES MESURES DE SUPORT UNIVERSAL EN EL NOSTRE CENTRE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A la nostra escola aquestes mesures formen part de la pr\u00e0ctica di\u00e0ria a l\u2019aula i hi est\u00e0 implicat tot el claustre de mestres.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s flexibilitzar el context d\u2019aprenentatge, donar estrat\u00e8gies als alumnes per facilitar un aprenentatge competencial i significatiu i afavorir el benestar i la bona conviv\u00e8ncia entre tota la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 flexible<\/strong> de la nostra escola permet garantir una educaci\u00f3 inclusiva. Aquesta flexibilitzaci\u00f3 es veu reflectida en :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Agrupaments<\/strong> <strong>diversos<\/strong> segons les necessitats de l\u2019alumnat, desdoblaments, treball en petit grup, agrupaments internivells,..<\/li>\n<li><strong>Treball per racons <\/strong>que permet donar resposta a la diversitat d&#8217;interessos, de capacitats i de ritmes d&#8217;aprenentatge de cada nen\/a.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Treball per projectes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Doc\u00e8ncia compartida<\/strong> intervenint dos mestres a l\u2019aula de manera que es puguin atendre les necessitats de manera personalitzada.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personalitzaci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, dissenyar activitats prou obertes perqu\u00e8 tothom hi tingui cabuda i cadasc\u00fa arribi on pugui.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oferir diversitat de formats per accedir a la informaci\u00f3 <\/strong>presentant la informaci\u00f3 per diferents formats (textual, visual, auditiu) per tal que tot l\u2019alumnat pugui accedir-hi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Facilitar models i bastides. <\/strong>Treballem amb graelles de planificaci\u00f3, registres ortogr\u00e0fics, pautes d\u2019escriptura,&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Els espais <\/strong>de l\u2019escola com entorns educatius acollidors, creant espais de lectura, d\u2019experimentaci\u00f3, de joc,&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dinamitzaci\u00f3 de patis.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Import\u00e0ncia de<strong> la tutoria i les tutories individualitzades.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tallers d\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional <\/strong>des d\u2019I3 fins a 6\u00e8.<\/li>\n<li>Relaci\u00f3 intercicles amb<strong> els padrins lectors <\/strong>(cicle inicial- cicle superior).<\/li>\n<li>Treball des de<strong> la manipulaci\u00f3 i l\u2019experimentaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Diversificaci\u00f3 dels instruments d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3: <\/strong>autoavaluaci\u00f3, co-avaluaci\u00f3, avaluaci\u00f3 individual<\/li>\n<li><strong>Suport digital.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Projecte de conviv\u00e8ncia\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>EL PAPER DE LA CAEI (Comissi\u00f3 d\u2019Atenci\u00f3 Educativa Inclusiva)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La CAEI \u00e9s una estructura organitzativa del nostre centre formada per la mestra d\u2019educaci\u00f3 especial, un membre de l\u2019equip directiu i la psicopedagoga de l\u2019EAP. Tamb\u00e9 altres docents (tutors\/es, mestres de suport, especialistes del CREDA, CREDV,&#8230;) quan es consideri necessari.
