{"id":2757,"date":"2021-11-03T12:59:31","date_gmt":"2021-11-03T11:59:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-la-vall-del-terri\/?p=2757"},"modified":"2021-11-03T13:05:57","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T12:05:57","slug":"orientacions-per-treballar-la-motricitat-fina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-la-vall-del-terri\/educacio-especial\/orientacions-per-treballar-la-motricitat-fina\/","title":{"rendered":"ORIENTACIONS PER A TREBALLAR LA MOTRICITAT FINA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A l\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil treballar la motricitat fina \u00e9s molt important ja que potencia habilitats manuals necess\u00e0ries per a l\u2019escriptura.<\/p>\n<p>Quan parlem de\u00a0<strong>motricitat fina<\/strong>, generalment ens venen al cap accions com agafar algun objecte amb el polze i el dit \u00edndex (fer\u00a0<strong>\u201dla pin\u00e7a\u201d<\/strong>), aguantar un llapis per a escriure, enfilar peces en un collaret&#8230; en definitiva, tots aquells moviments que requereixen que les nostres mans facin moviments precisos.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha tota una s\u00e8rie d\u2019activitats molt senzilles que podem fer des de casa que ajuden a potenciar la motricitat fina, la coordinaci\u00f3 ull-m\u00e0, millorar la precisi\u00f3, la for\u00e7a, la tonicitat i la pressi\u00f3 amb les mans i els dits. A m\u00e9s, afavoreixen la capacitat d\u2019aprendre a ser i actuar de forma cada vegada m\u00e9s aut\u00f2noma.<\/p>\n<p>Per treballar la motricitat fina podem utilitzar objectes molt senzills i a l\u2019abast de tothom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aqu\u00ed hi ha una proposta d\u2019activitats que us poden ajudar a treballar i estimular la motricitat fina dels vostres fills i filles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fer boletes amb paper de seda, de diari i fer un collage. Omplir figures dibuixades en un paper amb llenties, arr\u00f2s&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Fer collarets amb boles de fusta o pl\u00e0stic de diferents colors i mides o b\u00e9 amb qualsevol pasta (macarrons,&#8230;). Fer-ho amb cordons o amb un pal r\u00edgid.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7locar pinces d\u2019estendre la roba a la vora d\u2019una capsa de cartr\u00f3 recipient o en un dibuix<\/li>\n<li>Omplir amb granets d\u2019arr\u00f2s les canyetes de beure. Es pot enganxar la canyeta en una bola de plastilina i els nens\/es han d\u2019anar col\u00b7locant els grans d\u2019arr\u00f2s dintre la canyeta.<\/li>\n<li>Modelar figures i formes amb plastilina, fang, pasta de sal, etc. Fer boles, xurros, esmicolar, fer figuretes,&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Amassar pasta de pa ( fer coques, galetes&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>Punxar dibuixos.<\/li>\n<li>Omplir amb confeti una figura geom\u00e8trica o dibuixos.<\/li>\n<li>Fer construccions amb blocs de fusta, pl\u00e0stic, capses, pinces d\u2019estendre roba&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Obrir i tancar pots i ampolles.<\/li>\n<li>Recollir objectes petits (botons, fitxes, cigrons&#8230;) amb els dits i posar-los en un pot.<\/li>\n<li>Passar p\u00e0gines d\u2019un llibre d\u2019una en una.<\/li>\n<li>Esquin\u00e7ar papers de diari, revistes&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Aixafar boletes de plastilina fent la pin\u00e7a amb els dits.<\/li>\n<li>Cosir amb agulles de pl\u00e0stic o tamb\u00e9 es poden fer forats en un cartr\u00f3 i passar-hi un llapis, simulant que est\u00e0 cosint.<\/li>\n<li>Fer trencaclosques, encaixos.<\/li>\n<li>Agafar objectes petits amb pinces ( botons, cigrons, boles de cot\u00f3&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Fer trenes de llana.<\/li>\n<li>Cordar i descordar, obrir i tancar cremalleres.<\/li>\n<li>Pintar amb els dits, amb pinzell, ceres, retoladors&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Enganxar gomets (lliurement, entre l\u00edmits, dins d\u2019espais delimitats, damunt l\u00ednies&#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquestes s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s algunes de les\u00a0 activitats que us poden ajudar a\u00a0 treballar i afavorir la motricitat fina. De ben segur que amb la vostra imaginaci\u00f3 en trobareu moltes m\u00e9s d\u2019originals i divertides!<\/p>\n<p><a
