Amb els nens i nenes de 6\u00e8 hem realitzat tota una bateria de proves relacionades amb les qualitats f\u00edsiques b\u00e0siques: velocitat, for\u00e7a, resist\u00e8ncia, agilitat i flexibilitat. Amb parelles, hem anat passant per les diferents proves i hem anat anotant els resultats del nostre company o companya. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, tamb\u00e9 hem supervisat que el nostre company o companya execut\u00e9s b\u00e9 les diferents proves, l\u2019hem ajudat i l\u2019hem animat a superar-se a si mateix\/a.<\/p>\n

M\u00e9s endavant, tornarem a realitzar les mateixes proves i aix\u00ed podrem veure la nostra pr\u00f2pia evoluci\u00f3 relacionada amb aquestes caracter\u00edstiques.<\/p>\n
