El podeu baixar\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-jruyra-l-h\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2049\/2024\/05\/Sollicitud-generica-25-26-nom-escola.pdf\">fent clic aqu\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0o el podeu demanar a la consergeria.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Les fam\u00edlies dels alumnes que ja eren al centre al curs passat i NO han variat els membres de la unitat familiar<\/u><\/strong> han d\u2019entregar el <strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"><u>full que els ha donat l\u2019escola<\/u><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">. Cal omplir les dades que falten (<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">dates de naixement<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">, <strong>DNI\/ NIE\/PASS, <\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">signatures<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u2026). Les caselles dels\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">menors d\u2019edat<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0les ha de\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">firmar el pare\/mare o tutor<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> amb la signatura de l\u2019adult. <\/span>Si hi ha hagut algun\u00a0<strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">canvi de domicili<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">, de\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">document d\u2019identificaci\u00f3<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">d\u2019ajuts no subjectes a IRPF <\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">caldr\u00e0 <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">justificar-ho<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">amb la<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">fotoc\u00f2pia<\/strong><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0de la documentaci\u00f3 oportuna<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">. <\/span>No han de presentar\u00a0<strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">cap document de cust\u00f2dia<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0si no s\u2019han produ\u00eft canvis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Les fam\u00edlies dels alumnes nous que ja tenien germans sol\u00b7licitants al centre i NO han variat els membres de la unitat familiar<\/u><\/strong> han d\u2019entregar els fulls que els ha donat l\u2019escola. El del germ\u00e0 serveix per actualitzar les dades del nou alumne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>Les fam\u00edlies dels alumnes que ja eren al centre, van demanar beca i han variat els membres<\/u><\/strong> poden <strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">modificar la sol\u00b7licitud entregada per l\u2019escola<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> amb les dades correctes i la documentaci\u00f3 justificativa. <\/span>Tamb\u00e9 poden entregar el\u00a0<strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">model de sol\u00b7licitud gen\u00e8ric que\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">el podeu baixar\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-jruyra-l-h\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2049\/2024\/05\/Sollicitud-generica-25-26-nom-escola.pdf\">fent clic aqu\u00ed<\/a><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0o el podeu demanar a la consergeria.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les sol\u00b7licituds gen\u00e8riques han d\u2019incloure la seg\u00fcent\u00a0documentaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Certificat de conviv\u00e8ncia actual<\/strong> (menys de 3 mesos).<\/li>\n<li>Fotoc\u00f2pia <strong>del DNI, NIE o Passaport de tots<\/strong>\u00a0els membres de la unitat familiar.<\/li>\n<li>Pares\/mares <strong>separats o divorciats<\/strong>: Acreditar la <strong>cust\u00f2dia amb la sent\u00e8ncia de separaci\u00f3 o divorci i conveni regulador<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Pares\/mares<strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0solters o vidus:\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Fotoc\u00f2pia<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0llibre de fam\u00edlia\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">o certificat de<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> vidu\u00eftat i\/o defunci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Si \u00e9s el cas, sempre s\u2019hauran de justificar amb els documents corresponents els ingressos no subjectes a IRPF:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Les persones que estiguin donades d\u2019alta al sistema especial de\u00a0<strong>treballadors de la llar <\/strong>de la Seguretat Social,\u00a0<strong>caldr\u00e0 que aportin el contracte\/s de treballador\/a de la llar vigent l\u2019any 2024.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Altres<\/strong>: ajuts d\u2019altres administracions, fundacions, entitats, etc. indicant l\u2019import percebut durant l\u2019any 2024 (si aquestes no han sigut diner\u00e0ries cal que quantifiquin el valor del b\u00e9. Ex.
