{"id":16936,"date":"2025-09-19T14:51:21","date_gmt":"2025-09-19T12:51:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-jruyra-l-h\/?p=16936"},"modified":"2025-09-19T14:51:21","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T12:51:21","slug":"intercicle-a-educacio-fisica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-jruyra-l-h\/primaria\/2n\/intercicle-a-educacio-fisica\/","title":{"rendered":"Intercicle a Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquesta darrera setmana els i les alumnes de 2n i 3r van viure una experi\u00e8ncia molt especial: vam fer un<em> internivell<\/em> de <em>Grups Interactius<\/em> on es van barrejar per compartir la classe d\u2019<strong>Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica.<\/strong> L\u2019objectiu era aprendre junts, cooperar i passar-ho b\u00e9 mentre practicaven diferents activitats.<\/p>\n<p>Per a l\u2019ocasi\u00f3 es van preparar quatre propostes:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022<strong> Lligar cordons:<\/strong> un rac\u00f3 pensat perqu\u00e8 els infants poguessin ajudar-se m\u00fatuament a aprendre a cordar-se les sabates, treballant la paci\u00e8ncia i la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Circuit de salts<\/strong>: amb c\u00e8rcols al terra, cordes de saltar i altres reptes per millorar la coordinaci\u00f3 i la for\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022<strong> Activitat de dansa:<\/strong> un espai per expressar-se a trav\u00e9s del moviment i gaudir ballant plegats.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Equilibris i punteria:<\/strong> un petit circuit amb tanques i bancs d\u2019equilibris, combinat amb jocs de llan\u00e7ament per treballar l\u2019habilitat i la concentraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 va ser tot un \u00e8xit: els nens i nenes van aprendre els uns dels altres, van compartir rialles i van descobrir que, quan es coopera, l\u2019esport encara \u00e9s m\u00e9s divertit.<\/p>\n<p>En el seg\u00fcent <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1osPRW1_QU7nZYNiQSWy-2x1cWZCP6K2F?usp=sharing\">enlla\u00e7<\/a> podreu veure totes les fotografies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aquesta darrera setmana els i les alumnes de 2n i 3r van viure una experi\u00e8ncia molt especial: vam fer un internivell de Grups Interactius on es van barrejar per compartir la classe d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica.
