El ritme de treball \u00e9s alt i a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, solidari. La tasca del professor o professora \u00e9s la coordinaci\u00f3 de la classe. La composici\u00f3 d\u2019aquests grups afavoreix la barreja de nivells, de manera que en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de les tasques de classe, els alumnes col\u00b7laboren en la seva resoluci\u00f3.
