Amb un 93% de\u00a0 participaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha fet un buidatge de les respostes i s&#8217;han obtingut els principals punts forts i aspectes a millorar.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Professorat: duent a terme una enquesta elaborada pel centre, fent-ne el buidatge pertinent i presentant una an\u00e0lisi DAFO. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, s&#8217;han portat a cap entrevistes a les coordinacions de cicle per recollir visions compartides dins del mateix cicle. Paral\u00b7lelament, s&#8217;ha entrevistat als membres de l&#8217;equip directiu amb la mateixa eina SELFIE que l&#8217;alumnat.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fam\u00edlies: fent una enquesta elaborada pel centre i fent-ne un buidatge per presentar conclusions. Tant a nivell d&#8217;habilitats com a nivell socioecon\u00f2mic (equipaments a casa)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Forts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bona acollida per part de l&#8217;alumnat de l&#8217;EVA triat pel centre (moodle). L&#8217;alumnat hi treballa correctament i s&#8217;hi sent c\u00f2mode. Caldria definir amb precisi\u00f3 el nivell d&#8217;aprofundiment a cada etapa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Punts forts \/ febles relacionats amb el professorat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Febles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part del claustre no se sent segur amb la utilitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;algunes eines digitals degut a diferents factors: falta formaci\u00f3 en determinats aspectes, poc manteniment del maquinari d&#8217;aula, manca de temps, &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>\u00das desigual de les eines digitals per part del professorat.<\/li>\n<li>Part del professorat no participa eactivament en el desenbvolupament de l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia digital de centre.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S&#8217;ha detectat una manca de formaci\u00f3 de caire pedag\u00f2gic, no de com utilitzar els recursos digitals sin\u00f3 com introduir-los en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Forts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els docents tenen la possibilitat de formar-se en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit digital (grans oportunitats de formaci\u00f3) tant en formaci\u00f3 dirigida com autoformaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Es dona suport a les iniciatives de nous projectes en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit digital.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Punts forts \/ febles relacionats amb el centre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Febles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alguns equipaments no funcionen correctament. Falten nous equipaments i tamb\u00e9 hi ha una manca de manteniment dels equipaments existents.<\/li>\n<li>Costa difondre a les fam\u00edlies la pol\u00edtica digital del centre (programari lliure, utilitzaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica de les eines digitals, &#8230;). Falta de formaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit digital d&#8217;algunes fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Forts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les darreres inversions de l&#8217;escola i del departament fan que la major part de l&#8217;alumnat de cicle superior pugui treballar les eines digitals amb la relaci\u00f3 1 equip \/ alumne.<\/li>\n<li>El sistema de gesti\u00f3 de dades i comunicaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 ben organitzat i protegit.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;acollida digital de professorat novell est\u00e0 molt ben definida i t\u00e9 una molt bona valoraci\u00f3 per part del professorat.
