Cal comen\u00e7ar per un costat de la boca i anar raspallant totes les dents fins a arribar a l&#8217;altre extrem, primer per la part exterior i despr\u00e8s per la part interior i ho farem amb les dents de la part superior i de la part inferior.<\/li>\n<li><b>Qu\u00e8 m\u00e9s?<\/b> No nom\u00e9s les dents! Tamb\u00e9 hem de raspallar suaument les <b>genives<\/b> i la <b>llengua<\/b> (de dins cap a fora) per treure tots els bacteris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <b>Recordeu!<\/b> Si sou m\u00e9s petits de vuit anys (I4 i 1r), cal fer tot aix\u00f2 amb la <b>supervisi\u00f3 d&#8217;un adult<\/b>!<\/p>\n<p>Ha estat una xerrada molt \u00fatil per a tots els alumnes d&#8217;I4, 1r i 6\u00e8.
