Hem descobert que tots tenim moments en qu\u00e8 sentim r\u00e0bia i el nostre volc\u00e0 interior es desperta. A la classe, hem apr\u00e8s a respirar profundament i a crear espais per calmar-nos. Us convidem a practicar a casa, i fins i tot a buscar un rac\u00f3 on els infants se sentin c\u00f2modes per relaxar-se i respirar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aprofitant el tema, hem estudiat i apr\u00e8s moltes coses sobre els volcans. Hem tingut la visita d&#8217;un ge\u00f2leg, el pare de l\u2019Ol\u00edvia, que ens ha explicat un munt de coses interessants i ha resolt els nostres dubtes. Tamb\u00e9 ens ha ensenyat diferents tipus de roques volc\u00e0niques que hem pogut tocar.
