A Catalunya som un total de set centres educatius que tenim aquesta magn\u00edfica oportunitat.<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3 en el programa Erasmus+ t\u00e9 com a objectiu l\u2019intercanvi d\u2019experi\u00e8ncies europees en relaci\u00f3 a la prevenci\u00f3, la detecci\u00f3 i la intervenci\u00f3 en processos d\u2019assetjament i ciberassetjament i, alhora, l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019habilitats i actituds pr\u00f2pies de la compet\u00e8ncia social i<br \/>\nciutadana.<br \/>\nEls centres que participem en el programa Erasmus + de #aquiproubullying, ens comprometem a participar en el miniconsorci del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i dissenyar i implementar un pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 que doni resposta als objectius proposats al Pla Erasmus de SC.<\/p>\n<p>Avancem cap a la Transformaci\u00f3 Educativa !!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;escola Guillem de Montgr\u00ed participem a Erasmus+ amb el programa d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 educativa\u00a0 #aquiproubullying.
