Ens basem en la mirada de <strong>Bernard Aucouturier<\/strong>, que ent\u00e9n l\u2019infant com un \u00e9sser global: cos, emoci\u00f3 i pensament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019espai de psicomotricitat \u00e9s un moment privilegiat perqu\u00e8 l\u2019infant pugui expressar-se lliurement, desenvolupar-se motriument i construir la seva identitat a trav\u00e9s del joc i el moviment. No es tracta nom\u00e9s de moure el cos, sin\u00f3 de viure experi\u00e8ncies significatives que afavoreixin el creixement emocional, relacional i cognitiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019acompanyament i l\u2019espai<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La sala de psicomotricitat es basa en dos elements fonamentals que acompanyen l\u2019infant durant les sessions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Els materials<\/strong>, que s\u00f3n pensats, segurs, acurats i adaptats a l\u2019etapa de desenvolupament dels infants. Utilitzem blocs tous, matalassos, cordes, teles, bancs per crear tobogans, espatlleres per trepar i saltar, entre d\u2019altres, que permeten explorar el cos, el moviment i l\u2019espai.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019adult<\/strong>, que acompanya amb una pres\u00e8ncia respectuosa i disponible. Observa amb una mirada atenta i perif\u00e8rica, reassegura l\u2019infant i entra en el joc motriu quan aquest ho demana. Alhora, l\u2019adult posa l\u00edmits, dona seguretat i estructura la sessi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A cada sessi\u00f3 hi ha sempre <strong>dues mestres a l\u2019aula<\/strong>, fet que permet un acompanyament m\u00e9s proper i acurat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estructura de la sessi\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sessions de psicomotricitat segueixen una estructura clara que dona seguretat als infants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ritual d\u2019entrada<\/strong><br>Entrem a la sala, deixem les aig\u00fces, ens reconeixem com a grup i recordem les normes de la psicomotricitat (qu\u00e8 podem fer i qu\u00e8 no). L\u2019adult presenta els diferents espais creats amb materials variats i atractius per treballar la coordinaci\u00f3, l\u2019equilibri, la motricitat gruixuda, l\u2019agilitat i l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 espacial. Finalment, ens preparem per tirar la muralla, un moment simb\u00f2lic on est\u00e0 perm\u00e8s \u201cenderrocar\u201d l\u2019adult.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Espai motriu<\/strong><br>\u00c9s el moment de joc lliure i d\u2019expressi\u00f3 corporal. Els infants exploren les possibilitats del seu cos a trav\u00e9s del moviment: c\u00f3rrer, saltar, trepar, arrossegar-se\u2026 \u00c9s un espai d\u2019explosi\u00f3, de llibertat i de desc\u00e0rrega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Espai simb\u00f2lic<\/strong><br>Un cop el cos ja s\u2019ha mogut intensament, els infants poden donar pas al joc simb\u00f2lic: construir, convertir-se en animals, dinosaures, monstres o personatges imaginaris. Aquest joc permet elaborar viv\u00e8ncies, emocions i relacions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Espai creatiu<\/strong><br>Despr\u00e9s del moviment, arribem a un moment de calma i interioritzaci\u00f3.
