En total s&#8217;han fet 17 trobades amb la seva mentora, l\u2019estudiant Andrea. Durant aquest temps h<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">an anat compartint espais i experi\u00e8ncies i la relaci\u00f3 s\u2019ha anat consolidant, forjant un vincle de confian\u00e7a, respecte i comunicaci\u00f3 fluida.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El Javi ha mostrat una actitud molt positiva i receptiva al llarg de les trobades. Ha valorat especialment el fet de poder participar en activitats d&#8217;oci gratuites a la ciutat de Reus, moltes de les quals han estat noves per a ell. Juntament amb la seva mentora, ha pres part en diversos tallers com ara cuina i cer\u00e0mica, aix\u00ed com altres activitats culturals i l\u00fadiques que li han perm\u00e8s explorar nous interessos, potenciar la seva creativitat i fomentar el seu desenvolupament personal i social.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5891\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-general-prim-reus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu163\/2025\/06\/RSSNYL-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1246\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-general-prim-reus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu163\/2025\/06\/RSSNYL-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-general-prim-reus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu163\/2025\/06\/RSSNYL-300x146.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-general-prim-reus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu163\/2025\/06\/RSSNYL-1024x498.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-general-prim-reus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu163\/2025\/06\/RSSNYL-768x374.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-general-prim-reus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu163\/2025\/06\/RSSNYL-1536x748.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-general-prim-reus\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu163\/2025\/06\/RSSNYL-2048x997.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>El Projecte Rossinyol facilita el contacte entre persones volunt\u00e0ries que volen ser mentores i infants de diferents cultures i contextos socials, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019establir una relaci\u00f3 de suport i aprenentatge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquesta iniciativa\u00a0<strong>afavoreix la interacci\u00f3, l\u2019entesa i el respecte a la diversitat en el context social multicultural<\/strong>\u00a0en qu\u00e8 vivim. \u00c9s una experi\u00e8ncia que beneficia als infants, les seves fam\u00edlies i el centre escolar.<\/p>\n<p>Les persones mentores s\u00f3n volunt\u00e0ries, reben una formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via per part de l\u2019entitat i durant el proc\u00e9s de mentoria supervisi\u00f3 i acompanyament per part d\u2019un professional.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de trobades setmanals d\u2019oci i lleure educatiu es forja un vincle de refer\u00e8ncia i suport que ajuda a l\u2019infant\/jove a trencar amb diverses barreres i potenciar el seu creixement personal. Treballant les seves habilitats comunicatives, la vinculaci\u00f3 amb el territori i fomentant la seva confian\u00e7a i autoestima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arrel del contacte amb la Universitat de Girona com a pionera i amb l\u2019entitat Servei Solidari (Barcelona), que aporten coneixement i experi\u00e8ncia en mentoria, es va poder impulsar el projecte a Tarragona per primera vegada l\u2019any 2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019alumne Javi de 6\u00e8 ha participat en el Projecte Rossinyol durant aquest curs.
