{"id":5253,"date":"2024-11-26T21:30:17","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T20:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-general-prim-reus\/?p=5253"},"modified":"2024-11-26T21:30:17","modified_gmt":"2024-11-26T20:30:17","slug":"4t-taller-de-moviment-creatiu-estimat-en-moviment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-general-prim-reus\/general\/4t-taller-de-moviment-creatiu-estimat-en-moviment\/","title":{"rendered":"4t: TALLER DE MOVIMENT CREATIU &#8220;ESTIMA\u2019T EN MOVIMENT&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les nenes i els nens de 4t han participat en el taller <em><strong>&#8220;Estima\u2019t en moviment&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>, que forma part d&#8217;un projecte pedag\u00f2gic i art\u00edstic creat per M\u00f2nica Rinc\u00f3n, especialista en coach corporal i PNL (Programacio\u0301 neolingu\u0308i\u0301stica) i ma\u0300ster en Dansa Moviment Tera\u0300pia a l\u2019institut IASE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El taller ha servit per oferir eines i recursos als nostres infants per potenciar la seva autoestima. A trav\u00e9s del joc, el moviment, la dansa i la creativitat, s&#8217;han treballat din\u00e0miques d\u2019expressi\u00f3 corporal i t\u00e8cniques de coaching, amb l\u2019objectiu de fomentar l\u2019amor propi, la confian\u00e7a en un mateix i la capacitat d\u2019autoavalorar-se.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumnat de 4t ha gaudit molt de la sessi\u00f3, ja que l\u2019\u00fanic llenguatge que s\u2019ha utilitzat ha estat el moviment del cos.
