Aquest any els nens de 3r i 4t \u00a0hem anat a fer esqu\u00ed de fons a Lles de Cerdanya.<\/p>\n

Hem anat de Bag\u00e0 a Lles amb autob\u00fas i d\u2019anada i tornada tard\u00e0vem 1:30 h.<\/p>\n

Cada sessi\u00f3 durava 3 hores i en total hem fet 3 sessions.<\/p>\n

Aquest esport consisteix en esquiar per la muntanya, fora o dins d\u2019una tra\u00e7a. La dificultat de cada pista \u00e9s diferent segons el desnivell que tingui.<\/p>\n

El material que s\u2019utilitza \u00e9s molt diferent de l\u2019esqu\u00ed alp\u00ed. S\u2019utilitzen uns esqu\u00eds molt llargs i estrets i unes botes flexibles molt c\u00f2modes. Els pals s\u00ed que s\u00f3n semblants als de l\u2019esqu\u00ed alp\u00ed. No cal portar casc perqu\u00e8 no es baixa amb molta velocitat.<\/p>\n

\u00c9s un esport molt divertit per fer exercici i a la vegada gaudir de la natura.<\/p>\n
