\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El Pla de millora d&#8217;oportunitats educatives (PMOE) \u00e9s una mesura extraordin\u00e0ria que s&#8217;inicia el curs 2020-2021, per pal\u00b7liar els efectes desfavorables de la suspensi\u00f3 de l&#8217;activitat lectiva presencial durant el darrer trimestre del curs 2019-2020, i que s&#8217;adre\u00e7a als centres del Servei d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya amb m\u00e9s complexitat educativa. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tant el Pla de Millora d&#8217;Oportunitats Educatives, a partir d&#8217;ara PMOE, com el Programa de cooperaci\u00f3 territorial per a l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3, l&#8217;aven\u00e7 i l&#8217;enriquiment educatiu, a partir d&#8217;ara PROA+, es basen, com a eix estrat\u00e8gic per al seu \u00e8xit, en el principi d&#8217;autonomia dels centres educatius, en la millora de l&#8217;enfocament inclusiu d&#8217;aquests i en la dimensi\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3, entre d&#8217;altres. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Atesa la coincid\u00e8ncia entre el PMOE i el PROA + (2021-2024) en relaci\u00f3 amb els seus objectius, destinataris i cat\u00e0leg d&#8217;actuacions, es considera adient integrar el Programa del Ministeri d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional PROA+ en el PMOE.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El Pla es basa, com a eix estrat\u00e8gic per al seu \u00e8xit, en el principi d&#8217;autonomia dels centres educatius i en la dimensi\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que es preveu la dotaci\u00f3 de recursos als centres educatius mitjan\u00e7ant un acord de coresponsabilitat signat entre els centres i el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, i la incorporaci\u00f3 de mesures de refor\u00e7 dels plans educatius d&#8217;entorn, com a estrat\u00e8gia per refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;equitat del nostre sistema educatiu.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El Pla t\u00e9 com a persones destinat\u00e0ries l&#8217;alumnat d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 infantil, prim\u00e0ria, secund\u00e0ria i formaci\u00f3 professional de grau b\u00e0sic, dels centres del Servei d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya amb m\u00e9s complexitat educativa derivada de les condicions socioecon\u00f2miques desafavorides de l&#8217;alumnat, d&#8217;acord amb el darrer estudi de complexitat del Consell Superior d&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 del Sistema Educatiu elaborat l&#8217;any 2020.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/departament\/linies-estrategiques\/pla-millora-oportunitats-educatives\/#bloc1\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Objectius generals<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"bloc1\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Contribuir a la millora de l&#8217;equitat en l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a oportunitats educatives i a l&#8217;\u00e8xit escolar de tot l&#8217;alumnat amb l&#8217;enfortiment dels centres educatius p\u00fablics de m\u00e9s complexitat educativa del Servei d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya per tal que disposin dels recursos necessaris per compensar les necessitats i desigualtats educatives de l&#8217;alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Integrar el Programa de cooperaci\u00f3 territorial per a l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3, l&#8217;aven\u00e7 i l&#8217;enriquiment educatiu PROA+ en el Pla de millora d&#8217;oportunitats educatives PMOE.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport educatiu i millorar l&#8217;enfocament inclusiu.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Refor\u00e7ar la dimensi\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria de l&#8217;acci\u00f3 educativa.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/ca\/departament\/linies-estrategiques\/pla-millora-oportunitats-educatives\/#bloc2\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Objectius espec\u00edfics<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"bloc2\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En relaci\u00f3 als centres que participen en el PMOE &#8211; PROA+<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;equitat educativa.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament dels centres educatius promovent un enfocament inclusiu que erradiqui situacions de segregaci\u00f3 interna al centre.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Garantir la continu\u00eftat i el progr\u00e9s educatiu de l&#8217;alumnat, amb especial atenci\u00f3 a l&#8217;alumnat en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;acompanyament, la motivaci\u00f3 i el suport individual a l&#8217;alumnat, especialment de l&#8217;alumnat en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Promoure i mantenir expectatives positives del professorat sobre tot l&#8217;alumnat.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Treballar per la millora del benestar emocional.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Facilitar i impulsar la implicaci\u00f3 i la participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Millorar la comunicaci\u00f3 entre les fam\u00edlies i els centres educatius.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Potenciar les oportunitats educatives m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;escola en relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;alumnat en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Facilitar la participaci\u00f3 en el PROA+ del Ministeri d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional integrat en el PMOE.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En relaci\u00f3 amb la dimensi\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria de l&#8217;acci\u00f3 educativa a trav\u00e9s dels Plans educatius d&#8217;entorn<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Potenciar les oportunitats educatives m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;horari lectiu i a temps complet (\u00e0mbit formal i no formal).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Potenciar la dimensi\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 amb el refor\u00e7ament de l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00e0mbit comunitari.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitats espec\u00edfiques de suport educatiu<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Refor\u00e7ar el Projecte de promoci\u00f3 escolar del poble gitano de Catalunya.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Refor\u00e7ar el suport a l&#8217;alumnat amb necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Amb els recursos del <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">PMOE<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; PROA +<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> l&#8217;escola ofereix:<\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Acc\u00e9s equitatiu a les sortides i col\u00f2nies escolars.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Gratu\u00eftat dels materials escolars en ensenyaments gratu\u00efts<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Acc\u00e9s equitatiu a les activitats complement\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Gesti\u00f3 i acompanyament educatiu i emocional de l\u2019alumnat.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Mentoria Socioeducativa<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Refor\u00e7 del Projecte de promoci\u00f3 escolar al poble gitano de Catalunya<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tallers de suport escolar i acompanyament educatiu.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,
