School Equity Best Practice."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Departament d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la Inspecci\u00f3 d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, ha impulsat un projecte Erasmus+ transnacional per capacitar les escoles per poder avaluar l\u2019equitat. L&#8217;escola i participa amb l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia del Projecte educatiu &#8220;Projectes per a tots&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9J2RVi0AP28\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Organitzem l\u2019equip docent amb l&#8217;objectiu de facilitar el desenvolupament del nostre Projecte Educatiu. Amb aquesta organitzaci\u00f3 potenciem l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat, fent optimitzaci\u00f3 dels recursos humans per donar resposta a les necessitats dels infants.<br \/>\nPrenem com a refer\u00e8ncia un dels Eixos del Marc d\u2019Escola avan\u00e7ada on l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 ha de ser una organitzaci\u00f3 aut\u00f2noma i oberta, capa\u00e7 de l\u2019autoreflexi\u00f3 i d\u2019actualitzar-se.
