Ho hem anomenat grups d&#8217;experts, i consta d&#8217;una part te\u00f2rica (on expliquen com \u00e9s l&#8217;esport, les normes, habilitats que es treballen, on el poden practicar, fotos i videos, etc.) i una part pr\u00e0ctica on desenvolupen una sessi\u00f3 amb les tres parts (escalfament, part principal i tornada a la calma).
