La metodologia que es fa servir \u00e9s el 50\/50, que consisteix en introduir incentius econ\u00f2mics a l&#8217;estalvi energ\u00e8tic aconseguit. L&#8217;ajuntament (que \u00e9s qui paga les factures) i l&#8217;equipament signen un comprom\u00eds on el primer es compromet a retornar el 50% dels estalvis econ\u00f2mics aconseguits i l&#8217;equipament es compromet a aplicar un conjunt de bones pr\u00e0ctiques i liderar el projecte.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de visulaitzar els estalvis aconseguits, el 50\/50 t\u00e9 altres beneficis que li aporten valor afegit, ja que, al ser projectes que es desnvolupen en centres educatius,\u00a0no podem oblidar la vessant did\u00e0ctica ieducativa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El 50\/50 faculta els alumnes a aprendre sobre energia i a adquirir intel\u2022lig\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica.<\/li>\n<li>El 50\/50 corresponsabilitza als equips energ\u00e8tics en la bona gesti\u00f3 i cura de les instal\u00b7lacions escolars<\/li>\n<li>Una correcta gesti\u00f3 de la temperatura i la il\u2022luminaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;escola permet millorar el medi ambient i adequar aquests par\u00e0metres a les necessitats de cada activitat i de cada espai de la escola o institut.<\/li>\n<li>La producci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica est\u00e0 en general vinculada a la generaci\u00f3 d&#8217;emissions de CO<sub>2.<\/sub>\u00a0Si estalviem energia podem contribuir a reduir l&#8217;efecte hivernacle i l&#8217;impacte sobre el clima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Metodologia 50\/50<\/h4>\n<p>La metodologia 50\/50 \u00e9s una metodologia de 9 passos enfocada a la consecuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estalvi econ\u00f2mic i energ\u00e8tic en un edifici. Involucra activament als usuaris dels edificis en el proc\u00e9s de gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;energia i els ensenya comportaments respectuosos amb el medi ambient a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;accions pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1.4375em;
