Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tan important educar els fills i filles en h\u00e0bits d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 saludables alhora que s&#8217;estableixen unes pautes que afavoreixin un comportament alimentari adequat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9s recomanable esmorzar a primera hora. Per\u00f2, <\/span><b>si no es t\u00e9 prou gana <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">o b\u00e9 algun dia no hi ha gaire temps, es pot complementar l\u2019esmorzar amb un \u00e0pat a mig mat\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>L\u2019esmorzar se sol repartir en dos \u00e0pats i pot incloure:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2713 Farinacis integrals: pa o torrades, flocs de blat de moro, musli, arr\u00f2s inflat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2713 Lactis: llet i iogurt natural (sense sucres afegits).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2713 Fruita fresca de temporada, sencera o a trossos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019hi pot afegir\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2713 Fruita seca (nous, ametlles, avellanes, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2713 Fruita dessecada (panses, orellanes, prunes seques, etc).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2713 Hortalisses (tom\u00e0quet, bastonets de pastanaga, cogombre, crema d\u2019alberg\u00ednia, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2713 Aliments proteics (ous, formatge, hummus, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2713 Aliments grassos (preferentment, oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i tamb\u00e9 alvocat, crema d\u2019ametlles o d\u2019altra fruita seca, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En aquesta l\u00ednea, a la nostra escola recomanem portar fruita per esmorzar els <\/span><b>dimecres <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">i els <\/span><b>divendres.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-ferra\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu925\/2022\/10\/1666026359159-copia.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7887 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-ferra\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu925\/2022\/10\/1666026359159-copia.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"654\" height=\"396\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-ferra\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu925\/2022\/10\/1666026359159-copia.jpg 940w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-ferra\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu925\/2022\/10\/1666026359159-copia-300x182.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-ferra\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu925\/2022\/10\/1666026359159-copia-768x466.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 654px) 100vw, 654px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Per tal d&#8217;educar els vostres fills en aquests aspectes cal que tingueu presents algunes orientacions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vetlleu per una alimentaci\u00f3 sana basada, principalment, en productes d&#8217;origen vegetal, com fruites i verdures; els farinacis com el pa, l&#8217;arr\u00f2s o la pasta; els llegums, la fruita seca i l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Els d&#8217;origen animal, com la llet i els seus derivats, la carn, el peix i els ous s&#8217;han de prendre, per\u00f2 amb m\u00e9s moderaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Feu que l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 sigui variada. \u00c9s recomanable que estimuleu els fills a tastar aliments nous, tot ampliant l&#8217;oferta de productes, aix\u00ed com la manera de cuinar i de presentar els aliments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Convertiu els \u00e0pats en moments de trobada familiar i de relaci\u00f3. S\u00f3n un espai idoni per a la comunicaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Feu que els fills s&#8217;impliquin en tota la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia aliment\u00e0ria (fer men\u00fas, selecci\u00f3 i compra, manipulaci\u00f3 i preparaci\u00f3 dels aliments, etc.).
