Drets i deures en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de l\u2019educaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Llei 12\/2009, de 10 de juliol, d\u2019educaci\u00f3 (DOGC 5422, de 16 de juliol de 2009)<\/strong><br \/>\nArticle 20. Carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu<\/p>\n<h6>Finalitats<\/h6>\n<p>La finalitat de la carta de comprom\u00eds \u00e9s potenciar la comunicaci\u00f3, participaci\u00f3, implicaci\u00f3 i comprom\u00eds entre els centres i les fam\u00edlies en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 d\u2019infants i joves.<br \/>\nAquesta carta ha de contribuir, entre d\u2019altres, a les finalitats seg\u00fcents:<br \/>\n\u2022 Millorar la informaci\u00f3 i la comunicaci\u00f3 entre el centre i les fam\u00edlies.<br \/>\n\u2022 Compartir amb l\u2019alumnat i amb les fam\u00edlies els principis i continguts del projecte educatiu del centre.<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitar a l\u2019alumnat i a les fam\u00edlies l\u2019exercici dels seus drets i el compliment dels deures.<br \/>\n\u2022 Vincular el centre i la fam\u00edlia, mitjan\u00e7ant el comprom\u00eds i l\u2019acci\u00f3 tutorial.<br \/>\n\u2022 Potenciar el sentiment de pertinen\u00e7a de l\u2019alumnat i de les fam\u00edlies a la comunitat educativa.<br \/>\n\u2022 Impulsar f\u00f3rmules organitzatives que afavoreixin la implicaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies en el fet educatiu.<br \/>\n\u2022 Afavorir una acci\u00f3 coherent dels agents educatius que intervenen en el proc\u00e9s educatiu i que contribueixen al desenvolupament integral de la personalitat.<br \/>\n\u2022 Implicar la fam\u00edlia en l\u2019adopci\u00f3 de les mesures educatives alternatives o complement\u00e0ries que s\u2019escaiguin per atendre les necessitats espec\u00edfiques de l\u2019alumnat.<br \/>\n\u2022 Fomentar la conviv\u00e8ncia i el bon clima escolar.<\/p>\n<h6>Signatura<\/h6>\n<p>La carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu l\u2019han de signar la direcci\u00f3 del centre en els centres p\u00fablics o la persona titular en els centres privats concertats, o qui en el seu nom disposin les normes d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i funcionament del centre, d\u2019una banda, i el pare, la mare o tutor o tutora legal de l\u2019alumne o alumna, de l\u2019altra. De la carta i de les revisions successives, se n\u2019han de signar dues c\u00f2pies, una per al centre i una altra per a la fam\u00edlia.<br \/>\nLa carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu \u00e9s preceptiva en els ensenyaments d\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil i d\u2019educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica i \u00e9s aconsellable en la resta d\u2019ensenyaments.
