Hem pogut veure un mol\u00ed d&#8217;oli antic (ja en des\u00fas), i un de nou (adaptat als nous temps), apreciant les difer\u00e8ncies entre els dos. Un cop hem vist el proc\u00e9s que fan les olives per tal d&#8217;extreure l&#8217;oli, hem fet de recol\u00b7lectors a les oliveres de la zona, i posteriorment hem fet un taller de maceraci\u00f3 de les olives. Cada alumne portar\u00e0 un pot amb olives per poder dur a terme el proc\u00e9s des de casa i poder-les consumir en uns mesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada dia a partir d&#8217;avui, hauran de buidar l&#8217;aigua del pot, i afegir aigua nova, amb una mica de sal. Aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha de fer durant set dies.
