El seu desenvolupament afavoreix l&#8217;aprenentatge del medi i les ci\u00e8ncies naturals, entre d&#8217;altres disciplines.<\/p>\n<p>Mitjan\u00e7ant la integraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest projecte d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 ambiental, els infants entren en contacte amb la natura i aprenen a tenir-ne cura, conservar-la i respectar-la. Alhora,s&#8217;acosten als aliments i aprenen millors h\u00e0bits nutricionals.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalment, l&#8217;hort possibilita un coneixement transversal m\u00e9s pr\u00e0ctic d&#8217;altres mat\u00e8ries com:<\/p>\n<p>Matem\u00e0tiques: superficies de cultiu, \u00e0rees, volums, hip\u00f2tesis, deduccions, etc.<br \/>\nF\u00edsica: temperatura, humitat, porositat, efecte hivernacle, durada dels dies, orientaci\u00f3, moviment solar, etc.<br \/>\nQu\u00edmica: disolucions, productes org\u00e0nics i inorg\u00e0nics, cicles naturals de l&#8217;oxigen, carb\u00f3, nitr\u00f2gen, descomposici\u00f3 quimica, fotos\u00edntesi, productes simples i compostos, etc.<br \/>\nBiologia: pir\u00e0mide nutricional, aliments b\u00e0sics, h\u00e1bitat, sostenibilitat, fongs, simbiosi, equilibri biol\u00f2gic, vitamines, proteines, invertebrats, habitat, etc.<br \/>\nCiencies socials: valors socials i morals, com aprendre a treballar en equip o la pressa de responsabilitats i decisions, conseq\u00fcencies, cultura col\u00b7labortiva i participativa, etc. Els alumnes observen, exploren i experimenten.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mzFfmZq5lPw\" width=\"400\" height=\"224\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;hort escolar es constitueix com un nou espai pedag\u00f2gic dins dels centres educatius.
